Comprehensive livelihood scheme for island residents of Andaman & Nicobar covering fishing, coconut farming, and tourism.

The Island Development Livelihood Scheme provides comprehensive support to residents of Andaman & Nicobar Islands engaged in fishing, coconut/arecanut farming, and eco-tourism. Given the unique geography and limited land area, the scheme focuses on ocean-based livelihoods, sustainable island agriculture, and low-impact tourism.

Permanent resident of Andaman & Nicobar Islands
Engaged in fishing, farming, or tourism for 3+ years
Valid domicile certificate
Must be member of recognized fishermen/farmers cooperative
