E0 Junior Executive (Chemical): 3 years full-time Diploma in Chemical / Petrochemical / Fertilizer / Plastic & Polymer / Sugar Technology / Refinery & Petrochemical / Oil Technology / Polymer Technology Engineering — OR 3 years full-time B.Sc. with Chemistry Honors / Polymer Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry. Minimum 60% (UR/OBC-NCL/EWS) and 50% (SC/ST/PwBD) aggregate.
E0 Junior Executive (Mechanical, Fire & Safety): Discipline-specific Diploma / B.Sc. as per the notification.
E1 to E5 Engineer / Senior Engineer / Senior Manager: 4-year B.E./B.Tech in the relevant discipline (Chemical / Petrochemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) with minimum 60% (UR) / 50% (SC/ST/PwBD).

Computer Based Test (CBT) — objective questions, no negative marking. Two parts: General Aptitude (English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation) + Technical / Professional Knowledge.
Skill Test — for E0 (Junior Executive – Fire & Safety, Chemical & Mechanical) only.
Group Task / Group Discussion — for E1 and E2 (except Medical Officer).
Personal Interview — for all positions including Medical Officer (which is interview-only).
Physical Fitness Efficiency Test — for E0 posts (agility, endurance, height test).
Pre-Employment Medical Examination — final stage for all.
For E3 and E5 Senior posts: shortlisting based on experience and qualification → Technical Competency Interview + Behavioural Competency Interview.

Note: In addition to basic pay, candidates are entitled to DA, HRA, TA and other allowances as per 7th Pay Commission recommendations.
Approximate first-year CTC: E0 around Rs 7-8 lakh, E1 around Rs 10-12 lakh, E2 around Rs 14-16 lakh, E3 around Rs 18-22 lakh, E5 around Rs 30-36 lakh per annum including all allowances and perks.
