Trainees work on live government IT projects, and top performers get a shot at an Associate Engineer role after completion. The application window is short: 4 June to 16 June 2026, with the online exam on 1 July 2026. If you completed your B.E./B.Tech or a CS/IT degree from an MP institution within the last year, you are eligible. The GET program is its flagship pipeline for grooming young engineers into government-tech professionals, and this is its third edition. The program is a 1-year training with a stipend of ₹25,000 per month. After completion, trainees get a Certificate of Completion plus the opportunity to interview for an Associate Engineer role at MPSEDC.
